By accessing or using Jarmin's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Jarmin provides ML engineering services including but not limited to model development, data pipeline architecture, MLOps, and related consulting services.

3. Access and Use

Access to Jarmin's services is provided on a whitelist basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny access at our sole discretion. Approved users must comply with all applicable laws and these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created by Jarmin shall be assigned to the client upon full payment.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jarmin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
